Not since 1993 has the Hess Toy Truck featured a car, when the Patrol Car was first introduced and went on to become the fastest selling Hess Toy Truck ever. The 2009 Hess Race Car and Racer is literally two cars in one. The large Race Car features 29 lights and 3 sound features  and comes with a smaller racer with lights and a pull-back racing motor. The small racer fits inside the larger one.
